Oversight & Leadership
William founded Mitheridge in 2010. He acts as Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman and Trustee of the Mitheridge Foundation. He is also Co-Chairman of the Investment Committee, alongside Archie Lord.
Archie is Co-Chairman of the Investment Committee, alongside William Yerburgh. In addition to his investment responsibilities, Archie sits on the Executive Committee and is a Trustee and Director of the Mitheridge Foundation.
David is responsible for the Firm’s overall operational framework. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee, and a Trustee and Director of the Mitheridge Foundation.
Investment & Development
Steve oversees the investment activities of the firm’s residential strategies. He is CEO of Mitheridge’s development subsidiary.
James has over ten years’ experience in property development and sits on the Investment Committee, as well as being a Director and Trustee of the Mitheridge Foundation.
Alex oversees the delivery of projects by Mitheridge’s development subsidiary. Prior to joining, Alex was a Senior Development Manager at Hub Residential with responsibility for the management and delivery of a number of residential projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, consisting of more than 1,250 homes.
Legal & Compliance
Legal & Compliance
Fiona is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Legal and Compliance functions. Fiona started her career as a barrister, at 3 Stone Buildings, Lincoln’s Inn, specialising in chancery and commercial law. After leaving the Bar, she joined NM Rothschild & Sons, working as legal assistant to the Chief Executive of the Rothschild Trust Group.
James leads Mitheridge’s Investor Relations. Prior to joining Mitheridge, he worked at Partners Capital where he focused on illiquid market manager selection and reporting on over $1.5bn AUM held within the illiquid Fund-of-Funds.
Finance & Operations
Anthony is the firm’s Financial Controller. He has a background in tax and finance from five years at Deloitte, where he advised large private equity funds on transactions, and Segro, where he managed the head office’s finances.
Charlotte focuses predominantly on special projects and operational aspects of the business. She began her career on a training programme in the Investment Services Group at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (taken over by Credit Suisse First Boston), where she traded and monitored cash and stock positions for the UK Private Wealth Management team for just over nine years.
Judith performs a number of roles within the Finance function. She started her career at Lloyds bank, where she held various positions. During her 12-year tenure with the bank, Judith developed core skills essential to management accounting and became part of the Commercial Management Team.
Rhian is the Team Assistant to the Partners. She spent six years as Office Administrator and PA at NEO Investment Partners, having previously had a career in Event Management.
Jamie is Founder and Chief Executive of Delancey, a specialist real estate investment and advisory company which he has built into an innovative and widely recognised real estate group. Delancey has acquired, developed, managed and sold over £20 billion-worth of real estate and related investments across all sectors.
Eric currently holds a range of business appointments, including as a Senior Adviser to CVC, non-executive director of Funding Circle and non-executive director of Russell Reynolds. He also advises several innovative technology companies and is a board member of the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute.
Stuart is Founder and Chief Executive of CoreLife Investors, a real estate investment and asset management firm focused on science and technology clusters. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Stanhope Plc.
Cornelius’s experience encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate, notably in the retail sector, including as General Counsel to Fenwick Limited, an independent family-owned chain of department stores.
David is an Executive Director of CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. He also serves as Chairman of CBRE’s London Investment Division and is a member of the London Leadership Board.
John has had a distinguished career in real estate, most recently as a Partner at Ares Management LP, one of the world’s largest global alternative asset managers. He retired in late 2017. Prior to this, John was a Partner at AREA Property Partners, acquired by Ares in 2013, and was responsible for managing its European private equity real estate business.
Symon established Leaders Futures in 2018 following a career supporting global clients with leadership advisory and executive search services.
