William founded Mitheridge in 2010. He acts as Chairman of the Executive and Investment Committees and is a Trustee of the Mitheridge Foundation. William has over 16 years of investment experience in Real Assets. 

David is responsible for Mitheridge’s operational platform and oversees strategic business activity. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee, and is a Trustee of the Mitheridge Foundation. He has 24 years’ experience in the industry.

Tim oversees all development activities at Mitheridge. Tim has spent 30 years working in the property industry, the majority of which has been focused on residential development in London and the south east. 

Steve is Chief Financial Officer and oversees the financial management of Mitheridge. He has 15 years’ experience in real estate and fund management and has built significant expertise in all areas of financial management and fund operations.

Daniel is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and structuring investments across the Mitheridge funds. Daniel has 13 years of experience in finance and the UK residential sector.

Robert is responsible for leading a number of real estate projects within Mitheridge. Previously, Robert has held development positions at Londonewcastle, Hadley Property Group and Brookfield Asset Management.

Charlotte focuses predominantly on special projects and operational aspects of the business. Prior to joining Mitheridge, Charlotte worked at Rasini Fairway Capital, where her main role was to help oversee the reporting function of hedge fund services.

Jaina is Mitheridge’s Financial Controller and oversees the accounting functions within the business. She joined Mitheridge from Temporis Capital Ltd, where she was the sole fund accountant for four alternative investment funds.

Rhian is an Assistant to the Partners and works in the Operations team. She spent six years as Office Administrator and PA at NEO Investment Partners, having previously had a career in event management.
