Daniel Rastegar

Daniel is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and structuring investments across the Mitheridge funds. Daniel has 13 years of experience in finance and the UK residential sector.
Prior to joining Mitheridge, Daniel was an Investment Director at CPC Group, focusing on joint venture equity investments, lending, and direct development across the UK. He was also involved in the execution of the sale of the Group’s debt platform. Additionally, he was a member of the Investment Committee and a board director for several CPC Group companies.
Before joining CPC Group in 2017, Daniel worked at United Trust Bank, specialising in portfolio analysis across a £1bn loan book with a focus on UK residential development finance.
Daniel graduated from Durham University with a degree in Economics and qualified as an accountant with KPMG.
