William Yerburgh

William is Founder and CEO of Mitheridge and is a member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. William has over ten years’ experience in UK real estate, originating, structuring and investing across the capital structure.

William is also the Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Kitesgrove (interior design and development management) and Woodfold Group (property management), having also successfully exited another business within the real estate space. Prior to starting his career in real estate, William worked as an Analyst in the Equity Capital Markets division at Westhouse Securities and before that at a fintech business selling FX derivatives to UK SMEs.

William has an MBA from London Business School where he was awarded the 50th anniversary scholarship, following undergraduate studies at both Newcastle and Oxford Brookes Universities. William was accepted onto the Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA) C-Suite Fast Track Programme and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

Archie acts as President and is a member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee. Archie has several years’ experience in originating, investment underwriting and executing across a range of UK residential and commercial real estate deals.

Prior to joining Mitheridge, Archie worked at Goldman Sachs in London, most recently as a Director in the Securities Division, and before that as an Investment Associate in the Alternative Investment Group. Archie began his career at JP Morgan Investment Banking, where he worked as an Analyst in UK Corporate Finance.

Archie graduated with a BSc in Economics from Nottingham University.

Archie Lord

Archie acts as President and is a member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee. Archie has several years’ experience in originating, investment underwriting and executing across a range of UK residential and commercial real estate deals.

Prior to joining Mitheridge, Archie worked at Goldman Sachs in London, most recently as a Director in the Securities Division, and before that as an Investment Associate in the Alternative Investment Group. Archie began his career at JP Morgan Investment Banking, where he worked as an Analyst in UK Corporate Finance.

Archie graduated with a BSc in Economics from Nottingham University.

Fiona Lindblom

Chief Operating Officer

Fiona acts as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Mitheridge, Fiona worked at ZAN Partners Limited for five years and was responsible for investor relations and legal affairs. Before this, she worked as Legal Assistant to the Chief Executive of Rothschild Trust Corporation, where she specialised in corporate and private wealth structuring. Fiona began her career as a barrister at the Chancery Bar.

Fiona graduated with a BA in Jurisprudence from University of Oxford, and subsequently attended the Inns of Court School of Law before being called to the Bar.

James acts as Vice President of the investment team and has over ten years’ experience in property development.

Prior to joining Mitheridge, James worked for Berkeley Group for six years across various roles, before acting as Financial Controller and then heading up the finance function within a division of St James Group, an operating subsidiary, where he was responsible for overseeing a £600m residential-led mixed-use development in Central London.

James graduated with a BSc in Chemical Physics from University College London, and holds an MBA (with Distinction) from Warwick Business School and a RICS-accredited MA (with Distinction) from Nottingham Trent University.

James Andrews

Vice President - Investment

James acts as Vice President of the investment team and has over ten years’ experience in property development.

Prior to joining Mitheridge, James worked for Berkeley Group for six years across various roles, before acting as Financial Controller and then heading up the finance function within a division of St James Group, an operating subsidiary, where he was responsible for overseeing a £600m residential-led mixed-use development in Central London.

Jamie Ritblat

Non-Executive Chairman

Jamie acts as Non-Executive Chairman of Mitheridge.

Jamie is Founder and Chief Executive of Delancey, a specialist real estate investment and advisory company established in 1998. Jamie began his career at Morgan Grenfell in 1986, after which he joined The British Land Company PLC in 1990 as a Director with responsibility for real estate investment.

Jamie has built Delancey into an innovative and widely recognised real estate investment and advisory group, which has acquired, developed, managed and sold over £20bn of real estate and real estate related investments across all sectors, the vast majority of which are undertaken in partnership with other like-minded investors. With a diverse portfolio of retail, residential, office and corporate assets across London and the UK, from the Alpha Plus Schools Group to 185 Park Street on the South Bank, Jamie has overseen a number of high-profile transactions at Delancey, including the take-private of Minerva PLC in a joint venture with Ares, and the acquisition of the London 2012 Athletes’ Village on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

In addition to his role as Chairman and Chief Executive of Delancey, Jamie has also been a committed trustee and supporter of a number of other organisations and boards, including Tate Britain, the Southbank Centre, King’s College London, the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) and Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres. All of which he has now retired from, with the exception of the Bathurst Estate – an 8,000-acre estate in Gloucestershire – where he is currently an active Trustee.

The senior team is supported by a group of experienced investment and operations professionals.
